Inlet pressure

Inlet pressure depends on NPSH + 0.5m allowance + vaporization pressure. Recalculate the inlet pressure if:

• higher liquid temperature

• liquid flow rate exceeds rating

• high suction range or long inlet line

• system pressure is too low

• poor entry conditions and low working pressure

Pump structure

• the pump is of self-priming and single-suction horizontal type, with axial inlet and radial outlet, and the bottom of the pump body is fixed with the pump seat.

• adopt bearing frame, which can be used for bearing positioning, axial movement of bearing and rigidity of rotor parts.

• integral pump shaft with grease lubricated guide deep groove ball bearing.

• semi-elastic coupling is used to connect the pump and motor.

• standard mechanical seals are used.

• fully enclosed air-cooled standard motor, size in accordance with IEC standard, installation method is B3.

• pump appearance and installation size in accordance with ISO2858 standard.
